Salmon Public Library is proud to partner with Salmon Arts Council this Saturday Oct 1st at 7:00pm-8:30pm in welcoming Local Idaho Authors, Christian Winn & Nicole Cullen.
Cullen, will be opening with a reading from her new novel-in-progress set in and around the Salmon area, then Winn will read a short story set in Idaho, as well as micro fiction and portions from Western regional writing. Following the reading the authors will facilitate an open a discussion about setting, what makes a Western story Western, and how “Western” means many things to many readers and writers. As well, why regionalism matters in fiction. Q&A to follow.
