TILT: “3D Printing – Learn to Design & Make”

October 5, 2016 By Salmon Library Staff Leave a Comment

Not Your 1980's kinda Printing
Without fail, every time I fire up Salmon Public Library’s 3D Printer I get onlookers contorting their neck as they walk by with intrigue and interest on their face.

“What’s that thing?”

“What’s it doing?”

“So cool.”

Are some of the inevitable questions I field when our bot is melting plastic away and molding it into something recognizable. Well this week, Christian brings his 3D printing skills to TILT. Wanna learn more about how this futuristic technology works? Come to his class on Friday on Oct 7th, 11am-1pm. Send your kids, join in yourselves, engage in the process that is our world with 3D printing, “Design and Make”.

See you there!
