Creativity Abound
Last Wednesday July 12th we had another Summer Reading – Maker related activity. Each family got to personalize their very own birdhouse. This continues with the theme of “Build A Better World” increasing beauty in the world with colorful Birdhouses. The children’s hands were messy, mom’s and dad’s laughing, to which everyone again had an amazing time. The controlled chaos that is Wednesdays for Summer Reading are a delight to put on and we look forward to sharing two more programs with you!
The next event will take place at Veterans Park on July 19th around 12:45pm. However as always remember that this event is preceding by Lemhi’s Afterschool Promise and their Summer FOOD program which serves FREE lunch to kids 0-18 at the Library starting at 12:00pm. Show up in the back meeting room and get served a hot lunch. This partnership has been great and feeding many kids this summer! Tell your friends and we’re looking forward to seeing you all again next week!
