Birdhouse Design
For our last class before the Thanksgiving break we finished up our design learning basics. We taught the students the importance of doing research in helping us to solve problems. They utilized magazines, books and the internet from the library to better understand a local bird of their choosing. The idea was to gather as much information as possible in order to design a user specific birdhouse design. Does this bird have predators? What size hole is needed? Should it be hanging or on the ground? So many options to help specifically design the perfect birdhouse. We’re excited to finally get a start on our Idaho FAB SLAM challenge when our class returns using all the skills we’ve learned thus far. Here are some highlights from the last class.
