Rarely do you get the type of class where you feel successful. On Saturday, we had three great attendee’s that wanted to know more about 3D printing. Often we run classes and programs for children thinking this is opportunity for them, exposing them to design and creativity. However Saturday proved adults are no different. The small class size (targeted that way) was intended to provide one on one attention to increase learning capacity. Two of our participants stayed an additional 1.5hr after the class continuing to fidget, design, and ask as many questions as they could. We’re so happy to provide these moments for our community. Love the thirst from life long learners exploring their creativity even as adults.
Thanks Idaho STEM Action Center for providing the grant in order to secure the additional 3D printer, it’s really been a great educational tool for us at Salmon Public Library.
