Smart Sleep Update
Week 3 of Eat, Play, Grow is in the books! Thanks for those families that showed up despite the weather conditions. We had a great time exploring the value of getting a good night sleep while making mobiles of our favorite things to think about before falling asleep. The snacks were again delicious, healthy, and a great component to getting a good night sleep. All participating families receive a book for each program they attend.
