LIBRARY PROGRAM: “Intro to Laser Engraving”

Want a great way to learn a new skill in the new year? Come join us for this FREE Introduction to Laser Engraving taught by Library Staff.

Learn the hardware & setup of the ZMorph VX Laser Toolhead. Learn how to prepare jobs from your own hand-drawn artwork or a digital image found online. Work within Adobe Illustrator and Zmorph Voxelizer software to cut and engrave in materials including wood, plywood, adhesive foils, cardboard, leather, acrylic glass and others. Apply these skills in a design challenge at the end of class.

Basic computer skills required. No equipment necessary. Ages 18+ . Sign up at the library. Classes require minimum of 3 attendees signed up 3 days prior to scheduled date in order to run. (8 person max)
