We wanted to update our patrons on our COVID-19 policy.*

We will be rolling out new hours and updating a few services to accommodate more patron needs. All other services we previously rolled out will remain unchanged, such as Computer Services, Curbside Pickup, Copying/Scanning/Faxing, Magazines/Newspapers, BookRoom, Book Browsing/Checkout.

Please note according to Eastern Idaho Public Health Plan we are currently under a mask mandate for our county. We DO require masks to be worn inside the library at this time. Thank you.

HOURS:

Sunday: CLOSED
Monday: 10am-5pm
Tuesday: 10am-5pm
Wednesday: 10am-5pm
Thursday: 10am-5pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 10am-2pm

These hours will be effective immediately and continue as such for the foreseeable future.

MEETING ROOMS (CLOSED):

Our large meeting room will continue to remain open for bookings for groups that can meet while maintaining physical distancing of 6ft apart. Should these conditions be unable to meet we’ll kindly ask that you find another location to host your event.

Our small conference room will stay closed for general bookings.

Our sound recording room will be available to book during normal operating hours, prioritizing webinars, conferences, and essential business services. All other bookings that do not fall under essential services will be subject to a 2hr time limit.

PROGRAMS (CLOSED):

Summer reading is NOW registering. You can do so HERE. We’ve made it possible for you to sign up virtually and participate as much as you can without having to come to the library if that is your preference. Summer Reading Programs will be in the form of Take-Home-Kits, one each week, starting July 6th. These kits will earn participants one extra raffle ticket for our Summer Reading Prize giveaway – Prize Gallery

Beginning next WEDNESDAY JUNE 24, we will begin offering in-person Preschool Story hour at Veteran’s Memorial Park for interested children and families. We will be practicing physical distancing at this program, which means we will be doing our best to maintain six feet of distance between members of different households and our reader. We ask that families help us out with our mission by bringing a blanket or towel from home for your family to sit on during the program. We also appreciate you staying home to get well if anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms of illness.
Story Hour will take place at the usual Wednesday time – 10am. In case of bad weather, we will move to the large meeting room at the library and an announcement will be made on our website and Facebook page.
/We will continue to offer Virtual Story Hour on Saturdays at 11am for families who prefer tuning in from afar.
