Seed Saving For A Seed Library
Salmon Public Library is hard at work in developing a Seed library for our community. Throughout this process we welcome you to a series of different events surrounded around the library in hopes to inspire you to participate in some way.
Our first event we’re excited to present to you is an afternoon program on September 24th at 1pm on “How To Save Seeds” presented by Denise Durocher. She has kindly accepted the invitation to present her years of knowledge on this subject so that everyone involved may become better gardeners in the future and with the hopes that you’ll be able to donate some of those Salmon Valley hearty varietals to the Salmon Seed Library upon completion! If it sounds like something you’d like to attend, no need to sign up, just show up on September 24 at 1pm in our meeting room for the presentation!
