Mark Your Calendars!
The Salmon Arts Council and the Salmon Public Library present-
“Journey From The Dust” a performance by Living Voices

Monday, February 13th
City Center at 7:00 p.m.
Ticket prices-
SAC Members $13
General $15
Students $5

While struggling to keep his family together during the Great Depression and the Dust Bowl, a young man travels west from Oklahoma in the face of eviction and economic prejudice.
Dessert and discussion to follow performance.

In partnership with Salmon Arts Council, Salmon Public Library will be making available Timothy Egan’s “The Worst Hard Time”. This book helps illustrate the struggles during the time of the dust bowl to give the reader a better understanding of what it might have been like to struggle through this era. Much like the “Let’s Talk About It” series we put on every winter this is another great opportunity to take part in an interactive book discussion following a live performance. Please come by and ask us for you copy today so that you can have your questions and comments ready for the presentations on Monday, February 13th at City Hall.
